GETTING STARTED

A complimentary consultation call, Zoom or in-person meeting is scheduled so that I may learn more about you and your event interests. 

Communication and attention to detail is taken very seriously. I work with you to ensure you stay well informed throughout the entire process.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your own interests are the focal point of cultivating just the right experience you desire. Your Next Eventure and Event Curator, Carol Berger, typically does not say "I Do" to wedding planning, however, a referral to a Wedding Planner may be provided.

"I Do" provide services for all other event types as listed under "Getting Started"

"I Do" curate virtual or in-person tasting events as a Certified Bourbon Steward and Owner of Bourbon Eventure, Tasting Events division of Your Next Eventure. Add a tasting event to your wedding rehearsal cocktail hour, wedding shower, or as a gift to your wedding party and/or family members.

OPTIONS AND PRICING

EVENT CONSULTATION

Planning an event but need some help to fine-tune your vision? Then this is the package for you!

Included in this package are the following:

  • 1 -hour consultation meeting via phone, Zoom or in person with Event Curator, Carol Berger

  • Up to 1 week after consultation, written summary of recommendations will be provided based on discussion to include actionable items

PRICE: $ 150

If additional time is needed over the 1-hour allotment, phone, Zoom or in person meetings can be scheduled at an hourly rate of $100

DAY-OF-EVENT COORDINATION

Event Curator, Carol Berger, will be there for you to make sure what you envision for your event runs the way it should

Day-of-Event Coordination is for extra assistance to pull all the pieces into place to make your event as successful as possible.

PRIOR TO EVENT:

  • Consultations via phone, email or in-person at least 3 weeks ahead of your event to ensure an understanding of duties that will take place during the event

  • Phone calls and/or email to confirm already-booked vendors and venue details as needed

  • Walk-thru of venue as needed

  • Creation of day-of-event timeline based on information that has been provided

  • Meeting prior to event for final detail confirmations and adjustments to timelines as needed

DAY OF EVENT:

  • Set up coordination according to instructions provided

  • Act as point of contact for key vendors throughout the day and problem-solve as needed

  • Manage flow of event - ensure that meals, speeches, etc occur according to instructions provided and timeline

PRICE: Starts at $750.00

PACKAGE ADD-ON'S: Rates will vary depending on event needs

Package add-on available for charges for expenses such as travel/accommodations and mileage depending on scope of needs

Package add-on available for charges for assistant may be required depending on scope of set up needs

Package add-on available for full breakdown assistance and coordination with venue and vendors

FULL EVENT PLANNING

Event Curator, Carol Berger, is your ONE point of contact throughout the entire process so you will never feel alone. She will work together with you to curate just the right event experience you envision. Overseeing, managing and setting up all the details of the day to allow you to enjoy your event.

Well maintained vendor relationships ensure every detail is professionally executed for your event. 

You receive advice, guidance, recommendations and directions via unlimited e-mail and telephone contact for planning, event design and management
